OUR CHAPTER
RANK TREE
PRESIDENT
The President is the Chairman of the executive committee and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the chapter.
VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice-President supervises plans for club events and coordinates the committees.
SGT AT ARMS
The SGT at Arms makes certain to uphold all the laws and rules of the club.
ROAD CAPTAIN
The Road Captain plans all club runs and tells the Secretary of the plans for a run-in advance.
ENFORCER
The Enforcer makes certain that the club laws and rules are followed by all members.
SECRETARY
The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club chapter records.
TREASURER
The Treasurer keeps all the financial records of the club.
WARLORD
The warlord oversees tactics and strategies in times of stress.
TAILGUNNER
The tail gunner is the road captain counterpart, aiding the captain during runs and rides while at the rear of the formation, albeit lower ranked.
FULL PATCH
A Full Patch is a normal contributing member of the club.
PROSECT
A Prospect has made a good impression, and is working to become a Full Patch.
HANGAROUND
A Hangaround is new to the MC, and has yet to earn their take.
Communicate with patched members their intentions. Engage with all members and offer assistance where it may be needed. This initial phase will be categorized as a pre-hangaround. At this stage there is to be no colors or club gear worn and no access to any club radios, Discord, club house.

To become an official "Hangaround" the club will take a vote to see if the fit is right at the next Church. When it is official the Hangaround can then wear any gear that does not have the club patch on it and "hangaround level" access to radios, Discord, club house will be given.

Ask a Patched member to sponsor them as a Hangaround and/or have a member approach them to be their sponsor.
(4)
After obtaining a sponsor the top 9 votes on who the a second sponsor should be as each Hangaround requires two sponsors for next steps.

After getting two sponsors and the two sponsors agree that the individual is ready to move up from Hangaround to Prospect, this is taken to church for a vote. Note: it must be a unanimous vote for individuals by all members for Hangarounds to move to Prospect with charter President vote being the veto if there is not justified reason for advancement.

Step 5 repeats for each level progression. Please note that you are expected to be very active with being available for anything a member may need including but not limited to: fueling and maintain bikes both before, during and after club rides of any kind. Keeping everyone stocked up with food, drink, ammo, vest etc.
